Please take note of the following to make completion of the application as easy as possible:

- Please answer ALL mandatory questions and state N/A if not applicable.
- The Circular dictates that a minimum of 11 hours teaching time is required in order to participate on the Programme. If you do not have confirmation of your timetable for 2025/26, but are satisfied that you meet this minimum requirement, you can indicate this in Section 3 of the form.

- Current Teaching Council Registration Certificate
- Consent form signed by School Principal and Chair of Board of Management.
It is assumed that all applicants hold Garda Vetting through their schools/settings. Please note that all successful applicants will be required to undergo MIC Garda Vetting at the beginning of the academic year.
