Senior Management
The College President (an tUachtarán) is Chief Executive of Mary Immaculate College and the senior management team comprises of four Vice-Presidents with different areas of responsibilities, and the Deans for the Faculty of Arts and the Faculty of Education.

Professor Michael Healy is Vice-President for Research and oversees all aspects of the RGS (the Research Office and the Graduate School at MIC), and directs the formulation and implementation of the research and postgraduate elements of the MIC Strategic Plan and coordinates research policy.

Professor Gary O'Brien is Vice-President of Governance & Strategy and is responsible for strategic and operational planning, policy development, ICT operations, Strategic Communications & Marketing, Quality Assurance, and external reporting.
