Stores (MIC Limerick)
The Library Stores hold material that is less in demand than the stock in the main library.
Material held in the stores will have one of the following locations listed when you find it in the Library Catalogue:-
- Dock Road
- Treaty Store
Store Retrieval Forms are held at the Service Desks. You will need to complete a form for each item requested giving the details of the item and your details.

Collections are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Requests received before 10.00 am will normally be dealt with the same day. Requests received after 10.00 am will be carried forward to the next collection.
- Log in to My Account on the library homepage. When you check 'Requests' you should see the item with ‘Waiting collection’ status.
- An e-mail will be sent to your college e-mail account.
- Call to the Service Desk and ask if the item is available for collection.
