Library Stores
The Library Stores hold material that is less in demand than the stock in the main library.
Material held in the stores will have one of the following locations listed when you find it in the Library Catalogue:-
- Dock Road
- Treaty Store
Most store items can be requested by placing a request through the library catalogue.
For non-requestable items (e.g. reference), please fill out a Store Retrieval Form available at the Service Desks or alternatively. email your request to library@mic.ul.ie
Collections are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Requests received before 10.00 am will normally be dealt with the same day. Requests received after 10.00 am will be carried forward to the next collection.
- Log in to My Account on the library catalogue page and check Reservations you should see the item with ‘Waiting collection’ status.
- An email will be sent to your college email account.
- Call to the Issue Desk and ask if the item is available for collection.
