About
Gender Diversity Training has been delivered by ShoutOut and in collaboration with Carlow College, IT Carlow, Mary Immaculate College, Limerick IT and Waterford IT.
The training sessions aim to provide a reflective space to explore gender roles, unconscious bias, sexual orientation, and gender identity minority groups to foster gender balance, challenge stereotypes, tackle gender biases, and support inclusion for the LGBTQ+ within our educational community.
