PATH 1 Symposium: Call for Proposals

We are delighted to invite you to submit your proposal on the theme of 'Create, Collaborate, Consolidate: mapping the innovative and collaborative projects funded under PATH 1 and consolidating learning on equity of access to the teaching profession.

We invite PATH 1 practitioners, researchers, faculty and students to submit an abstract for the following proposal types:

Oral Presentations (15 or 30 minutes)

The oral presentation may be delivered by an individual or group, lasting either 15 or 30 minutes (please indicate on the proposal if your presentation is 15 or 30 minutes). It can include research conducted and/or initiatives delivered.

Experiential Activity (30 minutes)

These activities can include workshops / combined presentations with colleagues. The activity will last 30 minutes. These activities are intended to be interactive with considerable participation from and discussion amongst and with attendees. The proposal should include a description of the content, how it will be delivered, and the expected learning outcomes.

Poster Presentations

The poster presentation will be displayed as a hard copy during the Symposium. Following lunch, the author(s) of the poster may accompany the poster so that they can address any questions that attendees have. However, attendance isn't compulsory. Your poster must be printed in portrait, size A1.

Submissions are not confined to one category; please submit proposals for multiple categories/projects, if appropriate. They should include a 200-word abstract and a short bio (50-100 words max).

Closing date for submission is 7 April 2025.
