Nicola Brennan joined the MIC EDII Team in March 2023 and works across all EDII pillars and with the team to support administration, finance, event coordination and hosting. Prior to this Nicola was self-employed for 13 years and before she established herself as a business person, she worked in a variety of roles in the private sector. All this has given her an insight into a diverse range of workplace environments. Nicola brings a wealth of valuable and practical experiences as an independent self-starter and skills from running her own business in a competitive environment. Nicola has also been engaged in community and has hosted numerous events for charities based in Ireland for fund raising and advocacy purposes.
Nicola’s business focused on supporting people and her clients in the importance of nutrition and wellbeing. She presented many classes and presentations on health, wellbeing, and movement to support agility. Nicola graduated with a First-Class honours in Exercise and Health Fitness from the University of Limerick in 2017. Most recently, Nicola has completed a Diploma in Administration from Pitman Training College and is interested in pursuing additional studies.
