Useful Information
Information for Teachers/Guidance Counsellors
School Presentations
Each year more and more Career Guidance Counsellors are recognising the benefit of providing their transition year, fifth year and sixth year students with the opportunity to speak with a representative from Mary Immaculate College. Students gain an insight into the College's range of programmes, as well as the subject choices and career prospects related to them, and they also get to ask any questions they may have about student life at MIC.
If you'd like to arrange a school presentation, either virtually or in-person, please contact our Student Recruitment Officer, Dr Patrick Cosgrove.
Career Fairs
You'll also find our Student Recruitment Officer, Dr Patrick Cosgrove, and the MIC Student Recruitment Team at career fairs across the country throughout the year.

Information for Parents/Guardians
"We take our duty of care to students very seriously here at MIC and we want our students to leave the College having benefitted from academic programmes and student supports which prepare them fully for professional life in the 21st century", Professor Niamh Hourigan, Vice-President of Academic Affairs.
Each year MIC welcomes over 1,000 new first year students. However, the college journey, while exciting for most students, can be daunting for some. The MIC website is an invaluable resource on all aspects of college life where you will find lots of information on everything from Student Supports to Scholarships and Accommodation to Fees, Charges and Grants.
