Research interests
My research focuses on the intersections between conceptualist art practice by women artists and testimonio – testimonial narrative literature from twentieth-century Latin America. My doctoral dissertation was funded by the UK Government's Arts and Humanities Research Council Doctoral Award and the University of Cambridge's Gibson Spanish Scholarship.

Prior to joining the MIC Research & Graduate School, I held a permanent lectureship in the University of Essex's School of Philosophy & Art History and was Associate Director of Essex's Centre for Curatorial Studies. I have also taught Humanities subjects in the University of Cambridge and the University of Limerick. I am committed to supporting postgraduate research at MIC.
