Statement from Professor Eugene Wall, President of MIC
I wish to congratulate outgoing Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, Simon Harris TD, on his appointment as Taoiseach.
During his four years as Minister, he visited both the MIC Limerick and MIC Thurles campuses, including meeting with staff and students on a tour of the Library on the Limerick Campus in 2022.
Equally, congratulations to the newly appointed Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science - MIC Alumnus and Limerick TD, Patrick O’Donovan. We look forward to working with Minister O’Donovan going forward.
