Promoting Reflection
The Learning Enhancement and Academic Development (LEAD) Centre supports and encourages staff to seek space and time for reflection on assessment, feedback and student learning.
By examining student learning, lecturers encounter connections between assessment/ feedback and improvements in teaching and learning. Reflection inspires collegiate dialogue through evidence-based scholarship of teaching and learning.
