Feedback
Good practice in assessment and feedback should be supported. The processes outlined below try to ensure that the relevant parties at MIC are aided in giving feedback.
- All involved in assessing student work and associated administrative processes will engage in professional development/training/mentoring, where appropriate, in order to meet their roles and responsibilities.
- Staff will be encouraged to attend and contribute to professional development opportunities provided by LEAD that inform teaching, learning and assessment.
- Research and practice on teaching, learning, assessment and feedback will be disseminated and promoted by LEAD.
College systems, logistics, and operations should facilitate time and space for professional development, planning and implementation of quality assessment and feedback practices.
